  • You did not enter a Middle Name. If you have a Middle Name, you need to enter it now, or your ATF Application will be rejected. If you do not have a Middle Name you need to enter NMN, which stands for No Middle Name.

  • The following questions ask for your Biometric Information (such as: Weight, Height, Race, etc.). Because your privacy is extremely important to Texas Gun Trust, we will never share your information with anyone. In fact, as soon as we print your cards, all of your personal information will be permanently deleted from our system.
    However, if you are uncomfortable providing your Biometric Information, that's okay. Just remember that you will need to add the information to your Fingerprint Cards before you send them to the ATF.
    Also, remember that your Biometric Information needs to be entered in a very specific format. So, if you don't answer the following questions, make sure you refer to the directions packet (included with your order) for instructions on how to enter the information on your own.
